Hot Stone Massage                                                              
Hot Stone Massage is an exotic form of massage therapy that follows the same principles of Swedish Massage with the addition of heated stones, which helps lead to deep relaxation by adding heat to specific areas on the body enhances the feelings of relaxation and peace. This treatment is particularly helpful for individuals suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis, sciatica,  or other chronic pain. The effects of the heated stones cause the muscles to to relax within minutes of application, and reduces the need for deep pressure to achieve relief from pain from muscle spasms. 

Deep Tissue Massage

A stronger massage treatment designed to help relieve muscle tension and help relieve mild to moderate pain from muscle spasms. Trigger point therapy is  incorporated into this treatment. As such, it is not distinguished as another type of service. The client must indicate preferences as to the level of pressure during treatment.

Ashiatsu

Very deep massage treatment, often administered with the feet and walking on client, following meridian lines along the body. Using pressure points to correct muscle spasms. Designed for clients that prefer the maximum pressure sustained for the entire duration of the treatment.

PreNatal Massage

A nurturing massage protocol specifically created for issues commonly associated with discomfort associated with pregnancy, as well as proactively stretching and calming muscles that are often strained during pregnancy.
